Today we've been focusing on Facebook and specifically in the need for websites to leverage it. Does your business or organization have a Facebook page? It should. We discuss how with each of our products in their own blogs, but we'll do it here as well for the general business. Because you SHOULD have a Facebook page. I don't care what business you have, you should have one. There are a number of great reasons why, but we'll give you a few.

Tools are meant to be used.  Facebook is a tool.  Another channel to market your organization and communicate with your clients.  

One important thing every business needs to do is put yourself on the map. Literally. One major way people search for local services these days, whether it's for party supplies or pizza, is to use one of the major map sites. Google Maps, Yahoo! Maps, and Bing Maps. You've probably done it yourself. Need to find an ethiopian restaurant in town? Go put Ethiopian Restaurant into your Google search and hit the map button.

First, we'd like to thank all our friends, family, and current customers who have 'liked' us on Facebook. It's going to allow us to communicate with those most interested in our success in an easy and unobtrusive way. We promise we won't start spamming your Facebook pages with useless stuff.

As videos have faded for rock stars on MTV, video has thrived just about everywhere on the web.
